PCIC is seeking to hire a student as a Content Development and User Engagement Assistant (Co-op) for a September to December 2020 co-op work term position.
The Content Development and User Engagement Assistant will assist the Regional Climate Impacts team in the development of practical information on the physical impacts of climate change for climate service users in the transportation or buildings sectors. Reporting to the User Engagement and Training Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of relevant content, including case studies, as well as assessing user needs and testing content with users.
Qualified applicants for this position will be in their 3rd or 4th year of an undergraduate degree, or in a graduate program, with academic or commensurate experience in 1 of these 3 fields:
Education, communications, or journalism or a related field of study AND/OR
Environmental science, or climate change AND/OR
Civil Engineering or a related field of study
